   There are side effects to saw palmetto, It can cause heat rhythym disorders like atrial fibrillation and can raise your bad cholesterol.. I`ve taken saw palmetto for awhile to see if it would help relieve my urinary symptoms and did not help at all and it made me feel very lethargic.. But maybe for some people it may work.. Now i`m expementing with pumpkin seed oil

   I used saw palmetto for awhile and found out it increases hemoglobin in urine.
   When I stopped taking it, the hemoglobin decreased

   I was using saw palmetto for many years and found it to be very helpful against prostate problems.
   However, I recently developed a blood clot in my right leg, and was told not to use this herb if I am taking coumadin (blood thinner).
   This is a real let down for me.
   I hate this blood thinner but it is keeping me from getting a pulmonary thrombosis which can kill you if not treated.

   saw palmetto can kill your libido….big side-effect to me!

    I just heard that saw palmetto has been proven to kill healthy as well as bad prostate cells.

    The pharmaceutical industry in the United States is just drooling from their mouths on this nationwide phenomenon. I prefer natural herbs and vitamins rather than drugs. And by the way, I happen to think America’s “War on Drugs ” is just another one of those bullshit P.R. wars. And we incarcerate a lot of people as a result of this P.R. war.
